Monday Links, News And Reviews 6/14/21

Hey, everyone, and welcome to another Crossroads Cannablog! Seems like everyone has been super busy and I'm happy to share their excellent content with you, again. And don't forget to like, subscribe and comment at their channels! And ours! Shall we start with the reviews? We do have a few to get through and folks chose some killer strains to share with you this time around!

First up are a pair of reviews from Bob's Bomb Buds. Now, "Bob" is in Canada, but cannabis strains know no borders these days. The Skywalker OG review is great and Skywalker can be found many places down here! Island Pink Kush, though, is one I have yet to see, but I am looking forward to it! It sounds entirely consumable!

Cannacentric Films has another great review online. This go around it is OZ Kush BX2 from Bedford Grow. Lots of genetics info, as usual and a good look at an Illinois weed you might need!

Cannabis Critique went out and got some Mint Cake from Cresco Labs to review, and consume. We had a review back in our 4/20 posting from Dan, at Dan's Buddha Bodega. He liked it. Now to see if CC likes it, too! It is one of Cresco Labs better strains and one they've played with quite a bit to get Mint and Cake Hybrids that are really nice!

And, since we were speaking of Dan and Dan's Buddha Bodega, he has a great new review out on Jet Fuel Gelato which is also from Cresco Labs. They are all over the Illinois scene, as well as other states, and they have some pretty good products. I have found their flower to be kind of hit or miss. The quality has been high, most times, but their curing and drying can often leave much to be desired. Overall, though, I am a fan of most of their products. Their LLR cartridges are great! And, other than often being too dry, their flower is not to be sneezed at! This pretty Sativa leaning Hybrid may be what you're looking for if you like Sativa's!

Over at Go Stoner, they have a review of some Delta-8 spray from Spr8. If you're a Delta-8 fan, then you might be interested in this one! Most folks I have seen using it are, more often than not, talking up the edibles. Are you a fan of Delta-8? Let us know in the comments, as I am curious, myself. Reader Warning: NSFW language ahead!

And, finally, we have "a" review of the Boundless CFX dry herb vaporizer. I bought one of these and have been suitably impressed by its performance. I was going to write up a review on this excellent vape but I ran across two others, that are videos and decided to post one up and give you a link to  the longer review and How To and review that was put up by the folks at Sneaky Pete Vaporizers. I would have used the long one, but there are issues with it and this platform, as well as the owners. If you want an in-depth look, hit the link. In the meantime, enjoy the review from Go Stoner. It's hilarious and informative. Needless to say, NSFW language ahead! And, if you are looking for a dry herb vaporizer that can also do concentrates, give the CFX a try! It's older, but very solid and the price fluctuates a good deal. Shop around!

On to the News and information you can use and celebrate!

And now for some cannabis political news! Sadly, it is important to us, even when it is often kind of depressing. This is mostly good news, though!

If the man at the top in Connecticut has the pull, they may just legalise cannabis next week in the special session they called just for that purpose. Frankly, too many of them are needlessly complicating things, as usual.

Connecticut Governor Tells Lawmakers To Pass Marijuana Legalization Bill In Special Session Next Week

This is heartening news! Unfortunately, it's the 9th Circuit Court and they have a history of being overturned. At least the process can get started and maybe get cannabis out of the hands of the DEA.

The 9th Circuit Considers Whether the DEA's Classification of Marijuana Violates Federalism and the Separation of Powers

And last, but not least, the government in Virginia has set up a website to "educate" people about their "legalisation" that takes effect in July.

And there we have it, kind readers! Another issue in the books! I hope you like it and will leave a comment, subscribe and go visit the wonderful content creators we post here! So, till next time...Stay Happy, Stay Healthy, Stay High! We're pulling for ya!  -  *M*
