4/21 Links and Reviews

 Happy day after 420! I have a couple of things today, and this is the first. Here are some links to some of my favorite people doing their 420 and day after reviews, news and commentary.

First up is an excellent review of the Aeriz Jenny Kush flower. I'm not sure where all Aeriz is sold, but this one is from Illinois and the review is from the excellent Cannacentric Films. You can find them on YouTube and I highly recommend them if you have any interest in Illinois or Aeriz products. Just look at these beautiful buds!


Cannabis Coach Haley takes the time to introduce us to a new (to me, anyway) product. It's a CBD Sparkling Water from the folks at Mad Tasty. Now, I am a regular Ted Lasso when it comes to sparkling water, but I am a fan of CBD and Coach Haley! And I will definitely be keeping her advice in mind about using CBD to calm yourself when you've managed to get a bit too high. 

If you are "new" to the modern cannabis scene, and looking for some umbrella information, this video from Green Flower and Samantha Miller is a great point to jump in. Especially if you are primarily using medicinally. This is a nice video and they aren't presenting things as if you were dumb.


If you're in California and you haven't been following The Doctor at Weed Entertainment, you've been missing out! While reviews are just our opinions on something, when you get enough insight into a product you know whether or not it's for you. In this series of 4 videos, The Doctor is handing out his rewards for best cannabis and cannabis products in LA and Las Vegas. Here's the first.


And, last but certainly not least, is Alex with some Delta-8 and Purple Punch Sugar over in Pennsylvania.

Review: Verano Reserve Hybrid: Wedding Cake (Flower)

 Welcome to my review of Verano's Wedding Cake flower. This took me a few days to do, because I wanted to see just how this flower worked using a couple of different methods. First up was getting a look at this stuff and seeing what it smells like. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised to see this packaged as nicely as it was. Nice glass jar with a decent lid and it was sealed on the inside with an additional cover and had a Boveda 62% 4 gram humidity pack in it. This is something that other producers should pay attention to. One thing I had hoped for with this beautiful packaging was that it would be airtight. I left it out overnight, (instead of returning it to my usual airtight storage) and the area around where I had it was redolent with the aroma of this Wedding Cake. If someone other than yourself or family in the know, smelling your stash is a potential problem, you will definitely want to transfer the contents of these jars to an actual airtight container.   Unlike som

Monday Links, News And Reviews 6/14/21

    Hey, everyone, and welcome to another Crossroads Cannablog! Seems like everyone has been super busy and I'm happy to share their excellent content with you, again. And don't forget to like, subscribe and comment at their channels! And ours! Shall we start with the reviews? We do have a few to get through and folks chose some killer strains to share with you this time around!     First up are a pair of reviews from Bob's Bomb Buds . Now, "Bob" is in Canada, but cannabis strains know no borders these days. The Skywalker OG review is great and Skywalker can be found many places down here! Island Pink Kush , though, is one I have yet to see, but I am looking forward to it! It sounds entirely consumable!   Cannacentric Films has another great review online. This go around it is OZ Kush BX2 from Bedford Grow . Lots of genetics info, as usual and a good look at an Illinois weed you might need!   Cannabis Critique went out and got some Mint Cake from Cresco Labs

Review: Verano Private Stock: Mag Landrace Flower

  I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Today's review is of another Verano product, Mag Landrace Flower, from their Private Stock line. I have become a real fan of Verano's products (as you can see by previous reviews) and have managed to pick up a few of their more excellent products lately. I chose the Mag Landrace on a whim, after some research into it and, I must say, that it was not a bad idea to get this one. I am primarily an Indica user, so this pure landrace variety was intriguing. How can you possibly say no to a strain that is as old and potent as this one? Well, I can't! And I have not regretted it, at all. This strain is worth a toke or two. And, if you're a medical user. there are some real benefits to this one.     As you can see, this batch came in at a nice 25.36% THC. That's pretty darned good in my book.
